A song that I hope will help others relax and realize that we need to stop trying to control everything.

While there are no vocals in this, I hope that you can meditate on this thought while listening to this.


Here is a back story to this song!

Once upon a time I was freaking out about everything, and being overly anxious with my life, and wondering what was going on with everybody around me.

Suddenly one morning I awoke, recorded a guitar track that came to me as soon as I got off of the floor, added a bass line, tambourine and cymbals, and this is the result.

The entire time I was recording this the words "Stop Trying To Control Everything" were soaring through my head and they absolutely would not leave.

Since then I have calmed down and been happier with everything, I am not saying that this song solved all of my problems, but it definitely has soothed my worried soul, along with many others, so I hope it can do the same for you.
